By requesting a service, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Scope of Work

A detailed description of the services to be provided, including areas to be cleaned, types of paint to be used, and the type of paver sealer to be applied. 


Customer Responsibilities
 

Access and Preparation

Ensure the service area is accessible, clear of debris, furniture, and vehicles. 
 

Pre-existing Damage

Notify the company of any pre-existing damage to surfaces before cleaning begins. 
 

Electrical and Water Access

Provide access to a water source and electricity, if required. 
 

Plant and Property Protection

Remove any fragile plants or items that could be damaged during the cleaning process. 
 

Service Details
 

Pressure Washing

May specify limitations on pressure washing delicate surfaces like vinyl siding or wood trim. 
 

Painting

Details on paint type, color selection, and any necessary surface preparation. 
 

Paver Sealing

Explanation of the sealing process, including the need to remove existing sealant before applying a new layer. 
 

Limitations and Exclusions

Unremovable Stains

The company is not responsible for removing stains that cannot be cleaned with standard cleaning methods (like deep-set paint, tree sap). 
 

Weather Delays
The company may reschedule services due to inclement weather.

Structural Issues
The company is not responsible for identifying or repairing underlying structural damage. 
 

Payment and Billing

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are valid for a specified period, and final costs may vary based on unforeseen conditions.

Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment: Credit Cards and Zelle.

​

Deposit

A 60% deposit may be required to secure the service date. 

​

Warranty and Liability

Workmanship Warranty

A limited warranty on workmanship for a specified period, excluding damage caused by neglect or weather.

Liability Release

Customer agrees to release the company from liability for damages not directly caused by gross negligence.

Dispute Resolution

Mediation

Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved through mediation before legal action.
